Picks for January 23, 2008

Picks for January 23, 2008

By Jason Wall - Daily Online Trading Picks

With the volatility in the marketplace right now I have been trying to stay out of the marketplace, but the market is just so low and oversold right now, that it is hard not to get in, if nothing else for the long term.

January 3 Wrap-up:

Since I traded last, the stock market and pretty much all stocks have been tanking.

Wednesday's BUYS: (if market is up)

RIO - been watching this one. It may pull back in the morning and create a great opportunity at around $25.00

MOS - Mosaic is starting to look attractive again

MSFT - watch this stock

WMT - watch this stock

EMC - watch this stock

CSCO - Cisco has really been hit hard. Watch for a reversal

Wednesday's SHORTS: (if market is down)

MOT - Motorola may be a good short today

GGB - watch this one

LCC - US Airways -watch this one

Good trading to everyone...
